In Winter, the Teton Valley turns into a stunning winter playground blessed with ample hills of dry powder. The unique weather systems of the Teton Mountains and the Teton Valley regularly create some of the best ski, snowmobile and winter touring conditions in the world.

Owls Landing sits on 40 acres of land surrounded by larger tracts of conservation easement land at the center of Teton Valley. We directly face the four Tetons and enjoy a stunning view of the Big Holes out our back door. The variable weather patterns of the Teton Valley change frequently and regularly manifest into breathtaking vistas from sunrise to sunset. Light pollution is minimal and the star gazing is definitely mind blowing.

Owls Landing is a thirty minute drive to Grand Targhee ski resort and an hour drive to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Backcountry ski access is as little as 10 minutes away. Our 40 acre property borders large tracts of conservation easement land and provides immediate access to untracted pastures of winter snow for snowmobilers and snowkiters.
